Dear Dean, this is Don Hanford, Ref. Getaway cabin GRC 654. Last winter this area of the Colorado Rockies had an unprecedented amount of snow. The Green River Cabin had NO PROBLEM AT ALL WITH THE SNOW LOAD. Notice the dormer, heavy snow ( 5 ft ), and no leaks or structural damage of any kind. Thanks for a great product. Don
