Green River offers a loft option in the Riverview and the Top Line.
Loft is approximately 120 sq. ft. in the Riverview and 105 sq. ft. in the Top Line. *Loft space is not included in the official square footage, which requires a Park Model RV to be 400 sq ft or less.*

Log stairs: We really hate to waste lumber so we use chunks of leftover logs to make all of our stairs. We take pride and hand sand each 4″ log to an ultra-fine surface. We then drill holes to screw the logs in place, insert decorative stained dowels. Finally, we then refinish to protect your beautiful stairs for years to come.
